terms of service
These are my terms of service, feel free to ask me any questions if something is unclear or if you want some extra information about how the process will go! ^^
Payment, process and delivery
All payments go through PayPal or Tikkie
Payment is done fully upfront (mostly to avoid scammers)
You will receive updates on sketch, flat colors and then the final product, if anything is incorrect please correct me ASAP so I can change it before I reach the final stages. Since it can be quite a pain to fix things in the final stages there might be added an extra cost.
Feel free to ask for updates, but don’t pressure me too much
Refunds depend on how far along I am with the commission
A request can take up to a week to longer than a month. I'm a student who is still busy with schoolwork. I'd rather take more time instead of rushing a piece where neither me or the client is happy with. I’ll let you know beforehand if this will be the case
The final product will be delivered digitally trough: Discord, ToyHouse or Email if requested by the commissioner
Commercial rights
Do NOT remove my watermark
My art is not to be used to train AI, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
The final piece can be used by me and my commissioner only. This includes me using it to promote myself on socials and/or using it for my portfolio. If you don't want me posting it be sure to let me know <3
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
